Thank you for making your referral to Superior Counseling Services.
Here are the steps to become an actual recipient:

1. You may receive a text message shortly before a call from Superior Counseling Services. Please respond to the text message.
   
   
2. Look for a telephone call from our office within the next 24 hrs, if submitting on Monday – Thursday. If you are submitting your referral on Friday, Saturday or Sunday look for a call Monday.
   
   
3. Complete Orientation – Orientation occurs after the call from the office staff. You will receive an email to complete the Orientation Paperwork in the comfort of your home.
   
   
4. Complete your Assessment – The assessment will occur via telehealth or you may request to come to the office.
   
   
5. See the Psychiatrist – All Psychiatrist visits will be completed via telehealth unless you have a Psychiatrist or Primary Care Physician.
   
   
6. Congratulations.…. Upon completion of all steps, You will be considered Superior!
